MPR Story Slam: Taking Sides

One of my stories was on Minnesota Public Radio's In the Loop.

We recorded it Saturday, August 23, 2008, at the Minnesota State Fair and the show aired on Sunday, August 24. The theme was "Taking Sides" and there were a lot of great stories by other Twin Cities performers as well.

Download the full podcast or listen to my piece, "In These Dark Republican Times."

MPR Story Slam: Payback

Another story of mine was on the same show back in February, 2008. Listen to the full show, entitled "Payback," or check out my piece, "Revenge is Sweet," which deals with sixth grade cookie vengeance.

Joan's started writing again, after two months. Tentatively. Cautiously. She doesn't write very often or very much. She avoids certain topics. She doesn't know I still read every word of it...

Serial killers have real problems."
